FanOrbit respects copyright. If you believe that content on the site infringes a work you own the rights to, let us know: we review every report and, if it is founded, we take the content down. We follow this procedure, modelled on the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, for every copyright report, from any country.
How to send a report
- Use the Report content form and choose the copyright category. The email is required: we need it to reply.
- Or write to contatti@fanorbit.net.
What it must contain
- The protected work you believe is infringed (for example its title or a link to the original).
- The exact address of the page or pages of the site with the disputed content.
- Your name and a contact: email and, if you wish, address or phone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorised by the rights holder, their agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your signature, electronic signatures included (your full name at the end of the message is enough).
What happens next
Our staff reviews the report and, if needed, asks you for more information at the email you gave. If the report is founded we take the content down: the video can no longer be played and its page shows that it has been removed. We write to tell you what we decided.
False reports
Knowingly sending a false or misleading report may have legal consequences. If you are not sure whether a use infringes your rights, ask an expert first.
